Simply smart! AHP Standards
The ahp.standards expand the AHP Merkle product range with mechanical solutions for modern injection moulds. The range includes Mechanical Chain Lifters, Angular Cross-Bar Lifters and Double Ejection Systems. All components have been developed and tested for use in small, medium-sized and large injection moulds.
The patented Mechanical Chain Lifters operate entirely mechanically and require no springs. Their compact design allows multiple lifters to be arranged within a confined space without restricting the ejection stroke. Angular Cross-Bar Lifters provide solutions for positive and negative draft angles. Mechanical latch systems reliably control and synchronise complex sequences of movements. Applications include latch movements across multiple parting lines, two-stage ejection processes and the synchronised movement of ejector plates as the mould opens.
Double Ejection Systems complete the range for defined and precise demoulding sequences. Thanks to their compact and robust design, ahp.standards products support space-saving designs and the cost-effective implementation of sophisticated mould concepts.
